Undercover tourist
Hi all
I brought my Disney tickets through the above back in April. Obviously my trip next week has been cancelled a couple of weeks back. I have constantly been emailing them and not even getting an acknowledgement email. Anyone else ever dealt with them? :mad2: Thank you |
Try using a different email to see if you get a response from a general question.
If you do they I guess they are ignoring the email the tickets were linked to If this is true contact your credit card company to get your money back. |
They offered a fantastic service to me with Disneyland Cali tickets I’d bought and downloaded. Once it became apparent that the park wasn’t opening and that if it did it would be on a reservation system they happily processed my refund - On their advise.
It took 4-5 weeks to appear back on my card but now I’ve re-booked single park tickets again with them hopefully for next year. |
