Not as nice or just memory playing tricks?

I was reminded the other day about feast ice creams. I remember them as the nicest ice creams ever back in the 80s.

Till today ...

I was bought one and it's just not that nice. Have they changed the recipe or memory playing tricks?

What have you tried and it's either better or worse than you'd remembered?

I don't know if it's memory or not but I do know that Mivvi ice lollies are no where near as good as they used to be. Although, I'm not sure they are even made any more so the ones you get now are just bad copies!

Cadbury creme eggs are definitely not the same as when they first came out.

They didn't used to be so gooey and yes they were bigger too. And only available around Easter so a rare treat.
