Recommendations for exercise YouTube videos

My running from completing the Couch 2 5k has kinda stopped recently due to the weather and cold. I want to do 15-30 mins of exercise a day from a YouTube video. Can anyone recommend a beginners dance series of videos on YouTube. It needs to be fairly low impact as I’m suffering from mild achilles tendinitis, and very beginner as I no nothing 😂
Thanks!

Ooh, I’m interested in the replies. I’d like some videos to have as back up when I can’t get to the gym.

Not sure if the undernoted is what you are looking for - for a start it is walking and not dancing. It was Tinkerbell who mentioned this on another thread recently and I having been doing this. There are various videos depending on your level.

Yoga with Adrienne is the best! She does a post run one that's only 7 minutes. Did it after my 17 mile run yesterday and feel relatively great today ☺️ pilates for your achilles would also be great

Joe wicks the body coach is very good. I’ve just started doing his basic HIIT workouts and it shows how unfit I am!

I’ll check him out, are the workouts quite intense. I would love to do a intense one not sure how the achilles will hold out though. 🤔
