Changing holiday with thomas cook?

Were booked for 2020 to spain but would like to change to orlando 2021 do you think this is possible? Going to store next week to ask but thought I'd ask here 1st...

I no the prices for 2021 are not out yet

No experience of changing but certainly worth asking, besides the Florida holiday is an upgrade so I'm sure they'd be accommodating.

It shouldn’t be a problem to change as we have done this with TC in the past... the issue you have is that prices for 2021 haven’t been released yet...you may not be able to change until they release their 2021 holidays.

Thanks very much... yeah I'll see what they say when we go in there at some point

You should be able to change it but likely will have to pay an admin fee .
We paid £75 to cover us against just such a scenario for next years holiday to Cuba .

We changed a holiday one year with TC and they weren't particularly helpful.

It was something like £50 a change, so date, airport, hotel, per person but capped at £500.

Our change was to a more expensive holiday but I had to pay their admin fee.

We'd also booked two rooms, one for us and one for my parents .they tried to charge the fee twice as two separate bookings (they'd put it through separately unknown to me so the agents got two sales) only came to light when we tried to change. We had to complain to Head Office to get resolved.

I always hesitate booking with them now.
