Bulb/transferwise

Hi, i have recommended my son to Bulb and he is due a payment from them for the switch, mine has gone through nut i am having problems getting his sorted as he was on a prepayment key for his electric it has to go through transferwise, has anyone else used transferwise successfully?

I've used them three times now for payment from bulb. I had a problem the second time and I found the live chat function with Bulb very helpful, they had it sorted within 2 days I think.
