Room charge authorisations
 

Sorry wasn't sure where to put this.
To cut a very long story short I still have a £500 hold pending from staying at POR on my bank account from October 30th.
Any experience of how long this will take to be lifted?

Should have been gone within 14 days of checking out. I suggest calling your card provider/bank to see why it hasn't automatically expired.

Thanks I've called Barclays again who have said it gas no expiry date on it which isn't right. So they had to call the fraud team who have sorted it.
The account is now minus the amount still but the transaction itself shows as £0.00 & they said I will have it by end of working day tomorrow. Thanks Barclays! Now to chase Disney for other small amounts they owe me.
