How to complain to Amazon - update
I can not find an email address to send a complaint to for Amazon regarding one of their sellers.
I can see a 24 hour phone number but I need an email address. Phones are no good when you are partially deaf 🤷 Cut a long story short, I placed an order on Amazon, I didn’t even realise it was with a seller not actually Amazon. The item never arrived, after weeks of chasing it up they said the item was sent back to them as no one took the parcel and I needed to pay £3.50 for it to be re delivered. I paid and guess what... no order. I have sent numerous emails to the third party and getting nowhere. So i want to complain to Amazon 😫 |

I find the Staff really helpful. They will sort it out and get your postage refunded. |
Another one for online chat! Id much rather get it all sorted quickly rather than wait for an email going back and forth

Sorry, I really don’t mean to be clueless but how do you get to do online chat?
I use my mobile phone, should I go on my sons I pad? Would that be better? I have noticed online chat before on Amazon 🙈 |

Only works on mobile, not tablet for me.
