Issues logging in to My Reservation Portfolio
As the title suggests I'm having issues logging into my reservation on the DLP web site. I booked direct and have a reservation number and am trying to log in using that and my surname. I keep getting the below message. Does anyone have any ideas?
"Due to technical reasons, your request cannot be handled. Please try later or contact the Disneyland Paris call centre for assistance." |
No help I’m afraid but I’ve been getting that for the last week

Ah, right at least it isn't just me then. I'm trying to avoid the dreaded wait on hold on the phone but it might be the only option.

Ive always booked direct. In the past ive only been able to log into the website intermittently. The app has never let me add my booking to it.
