I’d say they would probably be a bit big for children but didn’t have a look in the kids section so they may have something similar but smaller.

Pretty sure I got the lightning material from Etsy. Just be sure to select UK as the location as postage from the US is crazy!

for fabric look for fat quarters on Ebay, aliexpress (this will take a while to get to you)

there are so many fabric sites to find patterned fat quarters from :)

I used felt for my Halloween ears as they were a recover, other ears I bought material in hobby craft or fabric land
The cow print bow on our toy story ears was a pair of DD old PJ bottoms cut up x
