Brioche rolls

Have bought some brioche rolls (my mistake on online order) and don’t know what to do with them! Any ideas? Sweet or savoury?

My daughter eats them with Nutella. We have also used them as burger buns. Too sweet for me.

Burger buns.

You can make a nice bread and butter pudding

I use them the same way you would soft rolls. I discovered them when I lived in Germany and couldn't find UK /Irish white rolls.

Butter and Jam
Butter and Peanut Butter
Scrambled Eggs
Baked Beans

They are also good in Bread and Butter Pudding or any other bread based pudding

Another vote for burgers here... I've ordered some this morning on my Morrisons shop specifically for burgers at the weekend.

brioche buns are lovely. Put something salty in them, or a burger. Crispy smoky bacon, or roast ham is lovely, pairs well with the slight sweetness of the bread x

Lurpak

Dollop of Chilli Jam
