West Coast - still have to do Disney though...
 

4 weeks to go - I don't know why I'm sharing this but it's good for me to write it down so I know I haven't forgotten anything, and it gets those veins pumping with holiday excitement. Especially as I should be working as I type this.

Anyway, rough itinerary is:

San Francisco:
5 nights, based near Union Square, taking in:
SF Giants game
Alcatraz Evening tour
Sausilito/Muir Woods tour
Plus all the normal exploring, cable car rides etc

Pacific Grove:
3 nights in a self catering cottage
Chilling after the city life of SF
Whale watching
Home BBQ
Trip down the Big Sur (as far as we can go anyway)
Have to visit Pebble Beach for a golf hat.

Pismo Beach:
2 nights:
Next level chilling
Beach walks
Food and drink.
Probably get dragged to the outlet.

LA:
1 night Burbank:
Universal, Griffith Observatory

3 nights Anaheim:
Disney. DW is a Disney nut. I have no choice.
Secretly I enjoy it.:grin:
Quick (ish) trip to see Chinese Theatre, and Venice beach, maybe Santa Monica pier if time. Probably solo while wife and 2 teenagers are in the parks!

I think everything is sorted... god this is killing my credit card.
Just need to do a bit of restaurant research!

Looks like a great trip. We had 4 nights in Burbank last year and really liked it. Check out Bobs Big Boy diner, great burgers!
