Apologies if already posted, TUI to fly into Melbourne airport from 2022.

Pushing it a bit to include Melbourne as an Orlando airport - it's an hour and a half to Magic Kingdom.:o:
Handy for the beach though.
May I be the first to warn fellow dibbers of confusing it with Melbourne Australia when comparing flight prices :erm::erm:

**searches where Melbourne airport is on a map** 😂😂

Can't see that working out well for TUI, its too far from all the attractions.

Further away, but might be quicker than having to cross Orlando?

That’s an even longer drive than Sanford. Will flight prices be significantly cheaper?

How much longer? I've been wondering about this ...

It's a 2hr drive down the 192 or 20 mins quicker down the toll road...

However, while this is a good option, the landing fees could be less which mean cheaper prices...

For this to really work it'll need to be significantly cheaper than the other main Florida airports and have a good selection of cars to hire :-)
Also depends on what the route is like from there into Orlando/Kissimmee...

Must admit this year was first year I went to SFB (DD pick up mid holiday) and did look dated but had a lot of construction work going on

Cheaper landing fees and a bit of saved fuel:thumbs-up - would love to think this would be passed on to the customer rather than TUI.
Will await the flight prices as a few days at Vero on arrival or going home would be good :cool2:
