Extra magic hours and fast passes

Hello, if the park has magic hours and closes at 11pm can you get fast passes right up till it closes, I’m sure I’ve read that you can, but I’m not being offered any when I look... I’m probably barking up the wrong tree again,I have a habit of doing that lately. Many thanks in advance xx

FP are only available during regular park hours. Not in EMH.
