Anyone recieved refund from Disney annual pass
 

I’ve emailed and no response. Been a month since called them and theses still nothing.

This is my last refund I’m waiting for and I don’t even know how much I’ll get back

I emailed them to start with to say that I wanted a refund then also called them on 27/7 to make sure they have started the process and the woman said it won’t be long.

Anyone else still waitng?

The only reports I've seen of people getting a refund are those that requested a refund before they gave the options in July setting out the details.

I think those that requested a refund earlier have been refunded only for the period of closure.

At least I hope that's the case as they've reported that the amounts received have been lower that expected.

Cancelled 21st May and still waiting.

I requested on 29th May as my pass ran out on 13th June so knew that we had no chance and asked for a refund. Pro rata or whatever they could do. He said he had put it through. Then on 27th July I called to make sure he had definitely put it through before the August cut off.

I am sure they said late september and into early October for a refund, and where the refund to original payment method is not available it will be a further month on top.

So it's probably a bit early yet to chase it.

Refunds to original form of payment can be expected by mid- to late September.
If original form of payment is not available, you should expect a check by mid- to late October.

I’ll contact them in October then as we still have the original card

I did notice today that my APs have disappeared from my MDE account.
