Both entrances open at the same time as in the main gate and the international gateway.
The park generally opens at 9 but the world showcase opens at 11 mostly.

The park opens at 9am.

Most of World Showcase doesn't open until 11am. However, the Frozen ride and the Anna&Elsa meet'n'greet (and one or two eateries) open at 9am.

What I'm trying to do is enter the park via the Beach Club/International Gateway for 9am opening in Future World for Test Track, Soarin' etc.

I can walk through the World Showcase first thing through the International Gateway and make my way to Future World. :)

Correct.
