DC Bouy - how do you get it Home?

I’m thinking of using the money I’ve saved on DC entrance towards getting a cabana 🤔. The cabanas come with a bouy and wondered how we would get it home and what personalisation to have put on it.

Any advice or recommendations?

We will be celebrating a pre-teen birthday, 50th birthday, 21 yr Anniversary, first dolphin swim and our longest holiday so far, so lots of reasons but impossible to get it all on the bouy 🤔

We used a hair grip to deflate it and put it in hold luggage. It weighs a lot.

We just put the date we swam on it, also did the cabana as it wasn't that much of a price jump if you wanted photos. Ours overlooked the sting ray feeding area. It was an amazing day.

We deflated ours.

We got them to deflate ours for us at DC. We reinflated it at home and have it hanging up over a door.

I didn't even know you could deflate them! Ours went in our hold luggage and is now sitting on our bathroom window ledge.
We had the year off our holiday along side our family surname.

How do you deflate them? I thought ours was solid - foam filled?

We took ours to the Adidas outlet and asked to borrow a pin for inflating a football. We just stood at the end of the counter and deflated it then gave them the pin back. I used one of the kids ball pumps to inflate it again one we were home and it’s still inflated almost 18 months later.

never been thought of deflating it, ours went in to the luggage :)

Add me in for one who thought they could be deflated. Buoy was I wrong!.
Ours had our Wedding date on there and the Dolphin swam it over to my wife, fantastic moment. I was asked to hold it up (The Buoy) for our family photo. Then I was attacked by a Dolphin. Our Dolphin companion was a baby, so saw me hold up the Buoy, thought it was time to play and launched itself in the air and grabbed the buoy and my arm along with it. No injuries to me or the Dolphin and the night terrors have now passed.

Sorry, this made us laugh.

Glad you weren’t hurt though.
