Is Hagrid ride included in Universal Express Pass?

As the subject says... Is the new Hagrid ride included in the express pass ticket, or is it excluded like HP was when it opened?

I think it will be few months til it’s included in express pass, as that’s what they did with Harry Potter gringotts ride

Current thoughts on UI page is it ll be 12 months same as other HP rides.
