Last minute :)
We just booked a last minute trip for nine nights staying at All Star Sports in October.
Has anyone stayed here before? We've only ever stayed in Port Orleans French Quarter. How big is the resort in comparison is what I'm sondering. Are there buildings far from the main part of the resort? Thanks |
My first trip was POFQ and then three further trips in the ASSports and Music. The rooms are slightly smaller, but not much else is different. The onsite dining can be busy. Never had problems with buses etc. We're heading back for a special trip back at POFQ this August. Just accept that it's not as calm as POFQ and you'll be alright. We have also taken the preferred rooms when at all stars though. Yes some rooms are further away but we've used other all stars buses and just walked back, so wouldn't say anything is to far away. Yes the blocks are bigger but people are well dispersed.

I’ve never done Sports but have stayed in Music & Movies. I would agree with above that the rooms are a bit smaller and the resort may not always feel quite as calm as FQ. The food courts will seem busier at times and the food is nice but not as wonderful as FQ (I do think FQ has a really good choice of different quality food) The food I have eaten at the values has always been good so not really an issue! I prefer the buses from the All Stars as they have separate fenced areas for each park. I think the theming is really fun, the pool is good and it’s wasn’t bad to walk from the buildings to the main areas. I’m sure you will have a great time.
