I wonder how this outcome differs to the results of the other public consultations on this?

Meanwhile Buglife, a nature conservation charity, and Kent Wildlife Trust is campaigning against the building of this resort and are seeking to make the area a Site of Special Scientific Interest:

Dartford and Gravesham councils have also raised concerns:

I mean, I hope it’ll happen. But it’s already been delayed and hit various barriers along the way over the last 8 years. This is just another press release by the London Resort people trying to generate interest.

Your almost right. Its to keep money investments. The whole thing is a hoax by forign corporations to generate money. Its happened elsewhere around the world. Eventually they will release a statement saying that all their funds have dried up and the project has been shelved. If fact the money has been moved to shell companies.

Unfortunately this project will never happen and I'm so surprised that anyone is reporting on it.

Nail on the head. Amazed how many people are so gullible.

Aw, I'm so disappointed, I was really looking forward to the "UK Disneyland" - a phrase which made me want to poke someone violently in the eye, and I'm normally such a peaceable person.

(Please read the above with a soupcon of irony, apart from the poking someone in the eye bit, that is true).
