A quirky UK getaway

Can anyone recommend somewhere for a couples weekend away somewhere a bit different in November? At the moment looking at things like tree houses. Don't want city / hotel type of breaks.

Has anyone stayed or heard of anywhere worth looking at?

Shepherd's huts are pretty nice or a Yurt

My daughter got engaged at Chewton Glen in the New Forest. It's a spa hotel and they stayed in treehouse with a hot tub. It's quite expensive though.

What about a stay at one of the landmark trust properties?

I love the look of Forest Holidays and they have some fab treehouses or lodges with hot tubs.

On a similar landmark trust theme ... National trust cottages. Stay somewhere used as a film set.

I’m sure there are lighthouses available to rent as well.

Haven’t been myself but think these look interesting. https://dreamcatcherscabins.co.uk/

What about these? Not sure if they’re quirky enough or just luxurious and secluded?
