Now that gyms are shut I'm looking some ideas.
Anyone recommend any YouTube channels.

Joe Wicks has a lot of 20 minute HIIT sessions which are good from beginner to advanced. I like Gillian Michaels 30 day shred too but not sure if that’s on YouTube.

Less mills are good one. I usually do different les mills classes at the gym.

Since gyms are now closed, does anyone have any recommendations for workouts on YouTube? I know Joe Wicks is doing one for children, is anyone doing anything similar for adults?
