BA have changed our hol dates ?
We received an email today from BA stating they have moved flights for our holiday (flights & hotel) departing the day before the date we booked. We can’t depart the day before. Does anyone know what our options are?

That would be considered a significant change, so you are within your rights to request a refund. You might be able to do this through Manage My Booking by not accepting the change, otherwise you'll need to contact them.

Thanks. No option in manage my booking yet. Bit of a minefield contacting BA. The telephone number on the email doesn’t take me to an agent, likely as departure is not yet with 8 weeks , it’s 10 weeks away. Tried chat which is hard to find on the website! Busy for past 30 mins so guess I’ll try chat again another day.

I think manage my booking is when it's flight only. I had to call BA holidays...
