Another incredible day... I have a feeling this holiday is going to be full of incredible days! Fab way to start your day, wonderful views of the sunrise. I think I liked it even more than the sunset.

The Hoover Dam looks impressive. It sounds like it was uncomfortably hot there though. No wonder you didn't hang about.

How exciting to be in Vegas. You did well to manage a walk on the Strip after the long day you'd already had. We've been looking at the New York New York... it seems to be the most reasonably priced of the themed hotels.

We were so lucky to experience a lot of incredible days Lynda. Grand Canyon is just stunning and seeing it at sunrise and sunset was just the most amazing sight.

It was so hot there it felt difficult to breathe properly but still worth the small diversion before Las Vegas.
We found the NYNY to be very reasonably priced to in comparison to some of the other themed resorts.

Thanks for reading along :wavey:

It was so worth it we would've been awake early anyway due to being on UK time

Another great day, your photos of the Canyon were brilliant!
Hoover Dam is such a sight to see too! I loved having one foot in Nevada and Arizona too!
Vegas is something to get used to with the size and scale of everything, but when you grow used to it, it's a fantastic place, and I really thing that there's something for everyone there!

Thank you it was a stunning place to visit!

Yes it was something we didn't expect even though we'd read countless times about how big Vegas was :)

I agree Natalie you can find something to do in and around Vegas for all tastes.
