Ohana fireworks timings

I’ve got an ADR booked for Ohana for 19:40 in Aug. We’d really like to request a fireworks view table and watch them but I’m worrying that we may be too early. Tried to modify booking but there’s no other availability until 9:00 which I feel is too late (fireworks are currently scheduled for 9:15)
What do people think? Is 19:40 too early or would we be able to tease dinner out until after fireworks?

May be a bit early but why not finish dinner, grab a dole whip and sit on the beach to watch them? That’s our plan in May 😊

I think you’d be fine. We had a reservation for 6.15, and got a table for 6.50. It wasn’t our plan to watch the fireworks from ohana, but we loved the food and the service. Drinks, 3 courses, and coffee, and we didn’t leave until 9.30.

Let’s hope so anyway. I’m hoping that because I’m willing to wait for a fireworks view table, it will be a little while before we get seated.

I'm planning to go and watch from the beach, as long as we can get that reservation :)

If you are out before the fireworks, definitely go and watch them from the beach. It’s a much better view anyway
