A much improved picture being reported in the US now, fingers crossed this continues and it goes on the green list in the next review, or by the end of June review at the latest.

- Average: 32,892 (-800)
- Positivity rate: 1.9% (-0.6)
- In hospital: 30,102 (-705)
- In ICU: 8,142 (-94)
- New deaths: 343

I know there is talk of a lot of vaccine hesitancy but hopefully nothing details the progress so far.

That is really positive (I always feel weird using that word at the moment!)

With those stats, the UK Government will be a hard push to keep them on amber for much longer!

Excellent news! Have they had the Indian variant discovered there at all?

I believe its been circulating there for about 4 weeks...

Wonder if their media has been a bit more measured in responding to it!
