Getting married in Orlando

Forgive if this isn’t in the right section.

My other half has been bugging me for ages to get married.

I’m planning on surprising her while out in Florida.

Neither of us have large families to attend so it’ll be just us and the kids.
After doing a little research it appears you can have a court house ceremony which would suit us down to the ground no fuss no frills.
Just the formalities.
Which courthouse that carries out ceremonies is closet to Disney?

Osceola but it's very basic in an office , if you are a tiny bit more romantic than the "bugging" implies you can have a ceremony at a wedding chapel and Photos included for about $300 more .
We didn't want fuss either but didn't see the point of the courthouse, may as well have just popped to the registry office at home . We got a very personal ceremony and some nice photos to look back on for very little more than a registry office would have cost us.

I’m not a fan of marriage as you may tell my previous experience of it didn’t end well😂

I’ll look into the chapels.

We've both been married before , so I get what you are saying but if it's important to your lady the chapel's are a great compromise . We used the Little Wedding Chapel at Eustis. You'll like the owner, she and her partner aren't married either :D

I’ll have a look into it see what I can find.
