For anyone who’s rebooked with Disney..
 

I rebooked on Tuesday & I know it takes a bit of time to update on the app, but how long does it take to get the new invoice through? I got one on Tuesday of the new booking but deposit not showing on it, then I got another on Wednesday to show the extra gift card. But nothing since. Also old booking hasn’t dropped off the app either & ive not heard back from shop Disney about a magic band refund, last time I did this it was almost instant. Just wondering how long yours all took to change over, I just want to book my park passes!

I booked on 13th October and got the first invoice straight away. On the 20th I got another invoice with the $100 gift card but the deposit hadn't been transferred, then a day later the final invoice arrived with the old deposit showing.
Have you tried to link your new booking on MDE? I did this a couple of days after I booked and booked my park passes then, even though the old reservation was still showing too.

We booked on the 14th, got the invoice with the gift card on the 20th and the one with the deposit transfer on the 23rd.

I manually linked my new booking after a few days but my old one still shows.

It looks like a week then before deposit moves over. I’ll try & link my new booking, do I do this on the app?

I did it on the website. Sometimes the app doesn’t do things as easily.

It took mine at least two weeks for my desposit to move over

It won’t accept my reference number? From memory does the number change when it links up automatically?

It’s maybe just too early. I linked mine manually because it was a different booking ref and I didn’t know if it would link automatically. I’m not sure what you mean by the number changing?

Once the number you were given gets accepted in the MDE app & your booking shows, it changes to another number. Have no idea why.
