What time to book fastpass+

As the title says can anyone advise what time my fastpass window opens in the morning please? Were 60 days out but Im really unsure if its a 7am or 12 noon start fir booking?

We mainly got everything with exception of slinky dog and tower of terror, but happy to them at rope drop.

Only thing Ive found a pain istge tier systems as some days Ive just gotone fastpass planned as we arent interested in any others avail on that certain day.
