Ideas for advent calendar
 

So I think I’m a little Disney crazy at the minute and have had an idea to put together an advent calendar for my 10 year old son, tying in with staying at AKL and all things Disney.

Any suggestions of what I can put on it?

If its a handmade calendar, i'm assuming no chocolates involved. Maybe an anagram to solve giving a letter each day. Or maybe just a mix of animal pictures, attraction photos, lodge photos and then finally a picture of the whole family.

yeah it’s a hand made calander I’m looking at something fun. My ds doesn’t enjoy chocolate so always on the lookout for something different for him he’ll be 10 this Christmas

are looking for design ideas or fillers?

One year I bought a Christmas theme lego set and split the pieces across the days (in order so it could be built a bit each day). Could you find a Disney model to do that with?

Things he can take with him... particularly things that can keep him busy on a plane! Magazines, little toys , games etc

I tend to get my lot things that we will need/be getting for the holiday anyway
some of these are more actual presents than stocking fillers but things I've done previously include

notebook/pen

trading pins
powerbank
playing cards/ travel games
make up vouchers for activities you are doing - mickey & minnie invite you to have dinner at chef mickey for example
dollars
disney themed clothes/hat/socks
backpack/cabin bag
hand held fan
mini lego sets
travel sized toiletries
activity/puzzle books for on the plane - you can get mini ones
