Courtesy call from VA

Just got a call from VA ( alarm bells ringing :omg:) but just a courtesy call about our trip next week to confirm our seats ,meal requests etc. First time we’ve had this in all our time flying with them but a nice little touch 😊

That is a nice touch, have never had that in all the years of flying with Virgin but really nice to get that.
