Best route to Mt dora

Can anyone let me know the best route to get to mt dora from lbv, also were,s the best place to park when I get there. We have never been before so fancied a few hours and and apparently the boat trips are good.

Take the 429 toll road $4.25 all the way round until it finishes on Sorrento/Plymouth road (SR46) turn left and follow the signs.
