No details yet, we did speak to SeaWorld yesterday at the press event here in Anaheim but there was no further information that could be released at this time.

If it's anything like Infinity Falls, I wouldn't count on them meeting their opening schedule. They seem to be a little more 'flexible' with their dates than Disney and Universal.

Infinity falls was a complex build with a world record 40 foot drop for a raft ride.

Sea World will have the best thrill rides in central Orlando - Universal will need to up there game and not rely so much on simulators!

I don’t disagree that Seaworld have great coasters...Mako and Manta are superb. We were just a bit disappointed last year when Infinity Falls was billed to open Summer 2018 and it didn’t open until October (we'll have to wait until 2020 to ride it). They do need to manage expectations better and not promise what they might not be able to deliver (particularly on a complex build).

I do think Universal dropped the ball with Jimmy Race and F&F but I think King Kong is excellent and they will nail Hagrid's and the Jurassic Coaster. Whilst we love Seaworld (and its transition to the sea version of Busch Gardens), Universal wins out in pretty much every area for us. :spin:

I did read that Infinity falls had a faulty component and opening was delayed while a replacement arrived from Germany. sounded plausible to me.

The rumours, based on the permits filed for construction is that this will be a premier rides launch coaster, featuring quadruple launches, top hat and beyond vertical spike.
