*Updated* The Flouridation food trip report... May as well go with that

I started a new album on my phone when I was wide awake at 5 this morning which I definitely called ‘Florida’ but apparently it’s Flouridation 🤷

I guess it’s different.

We are a family of 3

DH (42)
Me (39)
And DS (15)

We are spending 3 weeks in Florida this time.
Flying into Miami for 2 nights,
1 night in Duck Key
2 nights in Key West
2 nights AMI and finishing off in Orlando which will be a mix of The Beach Club, Cabana Bay and RPR

I’ll mainly just focus on food and add in anything that might be of interest.

Currently sat in departures at Heathrow whilst DH and DS shop so I decided I’d make a rushed start!

We stayed at the Premier Inn last night but ate before we left.
DH threw the salad drawer and a few eggs onto some toast and we just about cleared up in time for my sister to drive us to the hotel.

Fridge surprise!

I will do my best to add pics as we go!

We did a bit of plane watching outside at the PI with a few drinks but then it got a bit chilly so we called it a night.
Slept awfully! The ballcock in the loo needs replacing so the cistern filled noisily all night. Room 1227, avoid it!

We’ve just been to EAT in departures which was pretty reasonable.

It may not look it but it was actually quite nice!

DS and I had breakfast pots.
His was ham hock, barbecue beans and 2 poached eggs and mine was avocado, beans and 2 poached eggs

OH had a mushroom and poached egg roll

We’ve made it to the gate but we’re delayed. Hopefully not too long!

It’s always satisfying jetting off in the rain

Oooh, I am doing 4 nights in the Keys before Disney next year so I am eagerly following along! Any other tips or things to see in the Keys would be greatly appreciated as well :) Have an amazing time!

I haven’t been to the keys since I was about 14 I don’t think so it’ll be interesting to see how much it’s changed.
