pop-eye's bilge barges and dudley do-rights without fail
in fact don't bother with a poncho on Pop-eyes, you get so totally DRENCHED you may as well live with it lol, nothing will stop you getting WET WET WET:omg: for me I need a hot day to go on that one! there is a suprise soaking at the end of Journey to Atlantis as well, at Seaworld ... keep that in mind! ;) |
At Islands of Adventure: Bilge Barges, Dr Dooright's and Jurassic Park
At Busch Gardens: Log Flume (a little) Tidal Wave and the River Rapids At Sea World - Atlantis At AK: the River Rapids (barge one again) The I of A and Busch Gardens are real soakers - even the poncho will not cope with all of it :omg: and I am a complete Poncho Person! LOL Have fun! Judith :wavey: |
Jurassic Park
If you sit on the front row nothing will help you ask to sit at the back dudley do-rights 4 to a barge seats 1 ,2 & 3 we went on at about 1030 ish still damp in the underpant region at 1700 no ponchos |
All of the above
If you don't want to get wet, don't go on the wet rides! Ponchos are for wimps  |

totally agree - got to be commando style and ditch those poncho things :) |
I always seem to be the only one in our boat to get utterly drenched on Splash Mountain each time without fail - and I sit in different places each time! :erm:
|
Definately Blutos bilge rat barges. My husband was even wringing out his trainers. And yes ponchos are for wimps but anybody who hops in a seat after you on future rides may harbour suspicions about you.

Nothing will help you on Popeye or Dudley Doo Right - you will get wet with or without a poncho. They do have human sized dryers outside popeye ;) |
If you want to avoid a drenching, I would avoid Bilge Rat Barges @ IOA! We were SOAKED, SOAKED, SOAKED! Not even a poncho will save you on that thing. And don't bother taking bags on either - Put them in a locker.
If you go on, on a hot day, you'll be fine as the sunshine usually had us dry within the hour (at most). xxx |
