My favourite 3 rides - nostalgia
 

Can anyone help with the name of these rides? This was my first trip which started it off!

I remember the 3rd photo being of some special effects show at what was once MGM studios (when it first opened?)

The gondolas were in the magic kingdom when I first went (1988)

The gondolas were called skyride I think, there was a station in fantasyland and one in tomorrowland.
The 3ŕd photo was in Hollywood studios as part of the backstage studio tour. And I think the middle one was the stunt show at universal studios

The first one looks like it’s a small world though there is a slight clue 😂😂

The second one is a show at Universal Studios

My first trip was in 1987 and I fondly remember riding the Skyway cable car across the Magic Kingdom. Somewhere on an old family VHS cassette there is a video of us taking that ride.

I thought the third photo was one of the sections of the Studio Backlot Tour from the Studios. But having checked one of our holiday videos, it's not the same (go to 1:59 in the below)...

We, meaning the wife and myself before the kids came along - both are now 27 and 24 :confused2 were waiting to enter that part of the backlot tour when a cast member asked us to act out the bridge scene and another one ,the waterproofs leaked and the water was cold , that was the year Shamu soaked us at SeaWorld :(

I think they must have changed the Studio Backlot Tour as I think I went in 1989. I do remember the hours spent in the queue for big thunder mountain railroad and being so hot.
