So we should have been arriving at Manchester airport now for our flight to Orlando via Atlanta...

What a strange and sad time we are in, and I don’t mean because my holiday has been postponed.

I've got a month or so until my not going day. I do have perspective and I know my holiday is unimportant but I will be miserable on that day and that's ok. I hope you do something nice today to take your mind off things!

Ours is 2 weeks today we should have flown out for our California Road trip. We have booked Rhodes for the following week though so keeping our fingers crossed for that.

We would be at Manchester airport too 😢. I had just shown DS our countdown strip.
There will be another time, hopefully next year

Yes, it's our not going day today, completely glad everything was cancelled but still feeing sad today. I'm meeting my DS and his family and we're having a "not doing Disney day" complete with waffles and pancakes.
Nothing else planned for future trips but hoping to get refunds back from Netflights and Florida Escapes, soon!

We were supposed to stay at Premier Inn tonight at LHR for our flight tomorrow to Mia:cry:

Would have been sailing on a Norwegian cruise today 😕

We would have arrived on the 6th. I’m obviously super glad we are nt there right now. I’m not even sure I want to go next year. We recently lost my FIL so leaving my MIL for three weeks would have been impossible but we could really do with some disney magic in our life’s right how but we are off to Devon tomorrow for a week. So at least we get away and the children will get to have some fun.

We had ours a couple of weeks ago and I now only have a few days of my holiday left. It gets easier as you get towards coming home time.

Today is my “this time last year”day.
Not Florida, but today was the day we flew to Malta, we had a very memorable cruise up the Croatian coast, into Venice before returning to Malta, celebrating my 60th birthday.
I wish I could do it all again.
