I was wide awake at 3.30am! Mum and dad were still sleeping. By 5am I was up getting showered and decided to go for a wonder around the resort. 6.30am and it was already warm outside. |

Woke up in a not so sunny Gatwick Travelodge. We had an ok nights sleep but not great.
Enjoyed a buffet breakfast before heading to the airport.
Flight left just a few minutes late. Was uneventful really. A bit of turbulence but not too bad. I watched pitch perfect 2, inside out, Jurassic world and ted 2. We weren't impressed with the food but it was ok.

Been a busy few days, family visiting and work etc but we're finally packed and ready to go.
I've got to work 8-3.30 tomorrow then we're off to Gatwick. :-)
Nails painted.
Dollars purchased.
Travel entertainment sorted.
Long days at the office counting down the hours and lots of cuddles with Tink. |

Krakow - With Flights For 50p

At the end of June we did a 4 night city break to Krakow. Today is our last full day, but being parked out we have a relaxing day by the resort pool, there is a quiet pool near our room and we have the pool to ourselves.

Today we are at Blizzard Beach then this evening we have booked Cirque Du Soleil and Ragland Road for Dinner.
The DIBB Busy Day Guide has Blizzard Beach down as a recommended park and the park happens to be the quietest I have ever seen a water park, as you will see in the following photo tour of Blizzard Beach it is virtually empty. |

Well it is Columbus Day today and we are going to The Magic Kingdom, now this may seem silly but there is a reason the DIBB recommends the Magic Kingdom today, I am not sure why some other guides don't recommend MK today.

We had a restful day today with Le Cellier booked for early Dinner.
After a well deserved lie in we took a drive around the area and filled the car up then headed back to CSR to catch the Disney Bus to EPCOT, don't want to drive as too many wine and beer stands to tempt me :-) |

Today we spent at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water park.
Normally I wouldn't go to a water park on a weekend but with this being Columbus Day weekend I had a hunch that it would be quiet and luckily my hunch paid off. There was only 5 minute waits on all the rides for most of the day and the park was the quietest I have ever seen it.

Today we did Discovery Cove, curtesy of Seaworld Parks and Entertainment.
We arrived very early, got checked in and was introduced to our host for the day then escorted to our Cabana.
Our Dolphin Interaction was scheduled for 10:30am.

We had a late start today and didn't arrive at the park until 10.30am.
The plan was to do a few attractions, eat lunch, a couple more attractions and then leave as we knew this was going to be a busy park today.
I didn't take many pictures today. By the way all the pictures in these reports will be taken with my iPhone with the exception of any water parks we do. |

Travel day, we flew to Orlando on Virgin VS75 (airbus) from Manchester. This time it is just DW Tracy and myself and we are doing a bit of a Busman's holiday, enjoying ourselves whilst also doing research etc for the DIBB Guidebook.
We thought we would try Premium Economy this time to see if it was worth the extra.
PE has now spoilt us and it will now be hard to go bac... |
