We have visited here in the past and I have to say was hit and miss however we do love stopping here whenever in Florida, the sandwiches are fresh and tasty, the selection is good and there are a variety of specials available, I had the meatball special with the rest of the family having the BLT and the Hawaiian BBQ.
You have to eat here!

This is a must do on every trip, I love sandwiches but these are the next level. Whether for lunch or sometimes for dinner if we've had a big lunch elsewhere, these are awesome, the selection is good and there are a variety of specials available. The only downside I've noticed is that the staff tend to be a bit grumpy! But it's a quick service so isn't the end of the world. |

We spent the last few hours at Disney Springs and given the previous years quality of food on our flight home, we used some of our QSDP credits on a meal from here...thank goodness we did, the food on the flight was awful, but the sandwiches were great. Cant believe we have tried this before and will be doing it again next year... |

Excited about Disney

I've never been a huge fan of sandwiches but after I'd read a few people mentioning how good Earl was here on the Dibb I knew that I had to try it.
The holiday turkey sandwich is to die for and me and my DH often drool over how good it was. The potato chips they sell here are really nice too.
Service is a little manic but friendly. A usually you would just get a buzzer, find a table and they would notify you when your sandwich is ready.
the bread is gorgeous and sort of crispy and the filling is amazing. On the three occasions I've been back I've only ever had the holiday turkey but it didn't disappoint.
I am officially a sandwich convert now! |

My friend from work absolutely raves about this place and after several visits to Orlando, we finally gave it a bash. At the end of the holiday. Fools.
Delicious sandwiches which are well filled and very reasonably priced. They are made to order, which I know isn't a surprise to most but I wasn't sure if I could alter (no cheese for me please) the fillings and it was done without a problem.
We didn't sit in to eat but there was ample seating.
On the last day we ordered some to take on the plane. They travel surprisingly well!
We shall not be making the mistake of leaving our visit to the end of our holiday again.
Needless to say my friend, quite rightly, was full of "I told you so!" :D |

Last year we visited the Earl of Sandwich on the recommendation of a family member. We queued for ages then, when we eventually reached the front of the queue, we enquired about the meat used in the sandwiches. The staff member taking the order confirmed to us that none of the meat was simply meat … it was all reconstituted. With that news, we decided we didn’t want to order and left.
This year, we noticed how quiet it was … no queue so had second thoughts. Our family still insisted how wonderful it was so I thought “how bad can it be?” (my wife couldn’t be persuaded) Actually, not bad at all! I suppose it’s similar to Subway, (they use reconstituted meat too), except that the sandwiches are a lot smaller and you can’t choose your individual fillings … you get what comes. A word of warning though. I chose the Chipotle chicken and avocado from the menu on the hoarding outside. I therefore went straight to the ordering point knowing what I wanted. It was nice enough .. nothing special .. but the sandwich had cheese and bacon in it, which was a bit of a surprise. My wife wanted me to take it back, but I didn’t want to make a fuss. (I actually like cheese and bacon). Afterwards, doubting I’d ordered the right thing, I went back inside to check the menu. Sure enough, the chipotle chicken and avocado was shown to have cheese and bacon. Thinking I’d gone a little bonkers, I went back to the menu outside, there was no mention of cheese and bacon. So, when ordering, don’t trust the menu outside. Check carefully on the inside menu or else you may get something you don’t want. On the plus side, the chicken looked like the real thing. If the staff member was right, and it’s all reconstituted, it certainly would have fooled me. So, yes, I’m sure most people will like this, the only problem was the misleading menu. I don’t suppose I’d go again though.

Absolutely love this gem! One of the main reasons we go into Disney Springs! The food is amazing, we have the soups, mac and cheese and turkey holiday sandwich. It's our late night go to in Disney Springs. The only downfall is the queue can be really really long but it is really aircon'd so I didn't mind :) |

I love, love, love an Earl of Sandwich. Nothing beats a Holiday Sandwich on your first visit of the holiday to DTD. I want one right now they're so yummy!
Unfortunately there is always a big queue, the indoor seating is minimal in comparison to the size of said queue and it's not a great use of a DDP credit compared to places like Wolfgang Puck Express. That's not to say I'm not going back! I'll wait an hour, sit in the pouring rain in the outdoor seating area and spend multiple DDP credits on my beloved Holiday Sandwich, a cherry coke and a peanut butter/peppermint brownie...I want to be there right now! |

We had our first EOS on arrival day and loved it! It was just what we needed after travelling for so long. Excited about Disney
|
We went to the Earl of Sandwich in Disney Village a couple of times in Mid September. The service was always quick and the restaurant always seemed clean.
On the first occasion I had The Full Montague which was fantastic, the bread was soft, warm and had absorbed all the juices from the beef to make it even extra tasty. Gemma had the Tomato Soup which was thick and full of flavour. Unlike normal 'out of tin' type soup it tasted like freshly ripened tomatoes. The only criticism of it is the size of the portion, it comes in a by small bowl and would benefit from possibly having a larger size. |

Have previously have visited here in the past while at DTD but only for drinks and cups of fruit/cookie for my son and sat outside. One night on our last visit dad and kids went for ice cream at Ghirardelli's which i dont eat so i decided i would try a sandwich from Earls as i had heard so much about them. I ordered just a plaln salad/veg one with no cheese /egg etc and it came in foil and it was just lovely. |

We went a number of times, located in Down Town Disney ( now Disney Springs) It was a great place to eat and a lovely change to the standard Quick service Dining Plan meals that we got in resort. We were able to use our meal credits for the food which was great. There was plenty of seating and the staff were very friendly. I loved the fact we could have " take out" sandwich which was great picking up after a long day at the parks and it was wrapped in a foil lined bag to keep hot. Highly recommended. |

Visited 3 times, it was so good!
Tuna Melt is the best, but anything else on menu looks good. It looks totally swamped all the time however the queue moves very quickly and it is a well oiled machine. The small tubs of slaw, potato salad etc are great as well and with a sandwich are a full meal on their own.
Great value and would highly recommend. |

The surprise package of our holiday - we arrived at DTD at lunch time and were considering where to eat when we stumbled upon the Earl. All 5 of us choose sandwiches and everyone fully enjoyed theirs. I had a BLT which was one of the nicest i've ever had. It was very filling and add in the free refills this was the best value meal we had in Orlando. We be back on our next visit. Brillant. |

I LOVED this place. The queue can be very large but don't let that put you off - it moves really quickly. They have a really good selection of sandwiches that are all the same price ($6) and they are really big. I had the tuna melt which was so so so good! They also offer salads and wraps. You can see them preparing everything freshly in front of you as you move along the line. I would recommend this place 100% and it was so good we ate here 3 nights in a row! |

We both had the 'Holiday sandwich'- turkey, cranberry, stuffing and it was absolutely gorgeous! Although not a massive portion, it still really filled us up and we wished we had tried this place sooner so we could have tried some of the other options. OK I admit it - I don't "get" Earl and the reviews it gets. The sandwiches are good but I don't find them anything special to other good fast food (burgers aside) I have in Disney or even compared to my local Italian Deli opposite my place of work. I hate the Q even if it does move fast and I have the stress of having to find somewhere to sit to eat - give me Wolfgang Pucks Express any day over this place.
That said I will continue to eat here IF I'm there early and during a quiet time then I find I enjoy it even more! Oh and why do people rave about the chocolate brownies here? Hmmm clearly they have never had Pret a Manger Chocolate Brownies LOL |

There is a decent variety of sandwiches, soup, salads or fruit cups etc to choose from. We were there a couple of times during the holiday and loved the food.
Can be busy so it is useful to get someone to secure a table while you queue and can be confusing that the bottle drinks are out with the queuing area so grab them first.
Overall a great place to get a delicious snack. |

We visited the Earl of Sandwich for lunch on a busy and hot August day. There was a large queue which went down pretty quickly. My daughter and i chose the chicken caesar salad and my husband had a BLT and my daughters boyfriend had a meatball sandwich. After reading all the rave reviews on here we thought we seek out the Earl of Sandwich for an evening snack. We went inside and the queues were horrendous and they were hardly moving. The unoccupied tables were dirty and the people eating sandwiches looked like they were eating mostly bread, with very little else. We gave up waiting and doubt we'll be heading back as its put us off, which is such a shame as they obviously can do better judging by all the positive comments on here. |
