Description	Quick Service offerings include a plate of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, smoked ham and Jarlsberg cheese sandwiches, but it's the array of tempting pastries, cakes, cookies, and waffles with strawberry preserves that bring most here. Sit in the small, open-air seating area (just beyond the door, adjacent to the Stave Church) and let your kids work off excess energy at the Viking ship. Wine is sold by the glass.

big nelly Relaxing at the Grand Floridian Join Date: Apr 13	Enjoyed the vegetable souffle here. They serve it warm. They serve a variety of cakes and pastries too. Most have cinnamon in them. My favourite however was the raspberry roulade. The coffees are particularly good too, especially the iced variety.

Alison Excited about Disney Join Date: Dec 04	We stopped off here for a snack on our journey around World Showcase. We had a cookie, chocolate cake and school bread - all of which disappeared very quickly, with no complaints! There were long queues, mainly caused by people trying to work out what they could have on the dining plan and the most badly organised system for handing out food. Probably best to try and avoid lunchtimes if you just want a snack! The seating area was covered but open - nice shade but not the most attractive of areas to sit in. It did get very busy but tables were cleared quickly. We would definitely come back but would probably carry our snacks and sit by the lake somewhere to eat them.

derynifan Imagineer Join Date: Sep 04	Yum! Had to go here after hearing about the school bread, and it more than lived up to expectations. DH had the almond covered pretzel and DD had the chocolate cake. Beware, these cakes are a meal in themselves!

mallaeus Imagineer Join Date: Aug 04	We go here to get a lovely pastry before we settle in for Illuminations. A trip to EPCOT wouldn't be the same without a trip here before the fireworks.
