We did the same - 1 QS pancakes platter and swapped the side for a crossaint and it did all 4 of us, we don't each much breakfast and would then have an early lunch!

Last year at AKL whenever we got a QS meal we would swap the drink for an extra dessert, often a muffin or crossaint for a quick breakfast the next day! And we still had the dessert hat actually came...
