Iím the same, I have no breakfast and stick to 16:8 best I can. A light lunch and a couple of snacks if needed, then save as many calories as I can for dinner (all weighed and calorie counted)

I do simply cook instead as I find it better value. Yes you only get the pastes and herbs/spices but you can buy the ingredients for much cheaper in aldi/Lidl. I think their curries are amazing.
