I have been to Sequioa Lodge twice with a manual wheelchair.

My wheelchair is a large one (width 74 cm) and the lift to get to the restaurants or exit to the parks is very thight fit.

I don't see a reason why you should not be able to take your own spork into the parks, a knife-like piece of cutlery is almoust sure to be prohibited.

Maybe try something like reuseable travel...
