$19.75 admin fee plus tolls. If you're doing a bit of driving on toll roads then it can be worth it. If you're just staying in Orlando then it's not. Just get a receipt from the attendant to be sure.

I've not had any reports of customers not getting the end of rental receipts. I doubt the person checking in the vehicle would get any type of kick back on entering the wrong info so don't see why...

I suspect if the tolling attendant has alerted you to the fact that the device was switched on then its already charged the toll to Avis. I doubt they would have been able to see the switch inside...
