Can't make any calls with EE...

Everything else is working but I tried calling out and it said it wasn't set up for that..I have data roaming set up and have the roaming pass for a month...any ideas?

Have linked bookings and showing in avis app, have used preferred before in 2019 but in the app it's not showing any previous bookings and I thought I'd read somewhere you can only skip the counter...
