Hi all,

Has anyone every managed to change a TUI holiday to flights only?

We have a holiday to spain booked next September but want to cancel and use the money towards flights to Orlando 2021.

I have had to do it for a work trip for some urgent meetings a couple of years ago along with about 5 colleagues. Took a few hours for some to about twelve hours for others so should be ok.
