Same here we have had to pay out roughly �1000...

Same here we have had to pay out roughly �1000 extra for flights and bits.now we been told will get back in touch within 28 days...
So I�m going to have to pay new flight �1900 then hopeful get...

Submitted ours with creation credit card yesterday ..never even got an automated response nothing.so phoned today to make sure they had all the info they asked for.
Guy was rude and told me to wait...
