Epcot Pick a Pearl
We went 2013 and it cost only about 17$...it was the highlight of the holiday for my little girl... you can see the "show" on you tube but might be better to keep as a surprise for the little...

It might seem strange to you, when you have booked 14 nights accomadation, but if monies permit, I would consider booking one night at any of the three universal hotels... this would give you 2 days...
