I had mess up with my tier points earlier this year due to cancelled flights and delays and re books. I was 10 short but owed 80... they said for the sake of 10 points they would just make me silver...

Delay and Baggage Damage

We were due to fly MCO - MIA on Tuesday evening when the storm went through. The airspace closed for 30 mins however AA cancelled all the flights it really was a mess.

We had to wait at MCO for 3...
