If it’s the Ibis Budget at Edinburgh Park you will get the Tram from the Gyle. It will be around a 5 min walk to the tram stop over a busy road, there are traffic lights though.

It’s very easy, we have done it a couple of times. The trains can be busy but we travel light so never had an issue, the train station is between Terminals 1 and 3, very well sign posted.
