We went with Sanctuary Cruises, they were great, much smaller boat than all the rest so they could get closer. Its not far up to Moss Landing where there are located.

Yes it was safe and clean and had everything we needed; we also booked it as needed parking but its really easy to get in and out and get around from there. Have a great trip.
